This science is my favorite!
This subject is by far the most confusing of disciplines for people and also the lease understood by so called trainers. For example, there is a trainer out there that tells his clients to eat chicken, banana and peanut butter, in the same dish! Yes, outrageous, I know.
Although personal trainers might have good intention, they certainly fail to understand the complex systems that make up our body. We have to be able to understand the complexities of biology and chemistry. Luckily, I am a biochemistry major, so yes you are in good hands.
I also practice what I preach (which many fail to do). I have come across more than one professor with a Ph.D who clearly does not practice his own lessons. I am my own science project.
If you are looking for great results, its important we tailor your nutritional schedule accordingly. Do not be fooled by the 'generic restrictions/diets' that most sell you online, they do not help! Food is suppose to involve nutrition not caloric restrictions that's why it is important to understand how and what to eat.
